The pharmaceutical is active against 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1D and 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1B. In addition, it is known to target 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1A, 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1F, 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 5A, 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1E, 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 6, and 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 7.
