Nefazodone
Serzone (nefazodone) is a small molecule pharmaceutical. Nefazodone was first approved as Serzone on 1994-12-22. It is used to treat depressive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorders in the USA. The pharmaceutical is active against sodium-dependent serotonin transporter, sodium-dependent noradrenaline transporter, and 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 2A. In addition, it is known to target cytochrome P450 3A4.
