The pharmaceutical is active against 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1B, 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1F, and 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1D. In addition, it is known to target 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1E and 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1A.
