Budesonide

Entocort, Ortikos, Pulmicort, Rhinocort, Uceris, Jorveza (budesonide) is a small molecule pharmaceutical. Budesonide was first approved as Entocort on 1994-02-14. It is used to treat allergic rhinitis perennial and inflammatory bowel diseases in the USA. It has been approved in Europe to treat esophageal diseases. The pharmaceutical is active against glucocorticoid receptor. In addition, it is known to target progesterone receptor and mineralocorticoid receptor.
